Greenville Elementary presented a few highlights of their year at this evening's board meeting. Mrs. Jones shared about the "One Team, One Goal" school supply drive from last summer. Students shared "Zones of Regulation" which they learned to identify their feelings and shared strategies to help them feel in the green zone which is happy and ready to learn. Reece Boggess shared about a project they did in science with the brain and connected it to a circuit. Mrs. Jones ended the presentation by highlighting the Hard Work Cafe that the Family Resource Center started this school year to recognize and encourage students to socialize during lunch.
