The Kentucky Poultry Federation visited Muhlenberg County today to help teach students about the poultry industry. Students were able to learn about the economic impact and importance of poultry to Kentucky. Students learned about nutrition and cooking methods as well. Students tested their omelet cooking skills as part of the engagement.
