Our Student Spotlight for this week goes to Cadence Stone. Cadence is a junior; her selflessness and ability to look beyond herself has made an outstanding change for the lives of others. Her nominating teacher shared that, "Cadence is a wonderful student to have in class here at MCHS, but more importantly, she is making an incredible impact far beyond the walls of our school! Due to health issues, Cadence was eligible for a Make-a-Wish gift of her choice; however, recently instead of receiving her gift, she chose to donate the entire gift to the Nephrology Clinic at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. What an amazing, selfless gift, which truly exemplifies doing great things for others! We are so very proud of Cadence and the difference she makes for others!"
