Scholarship Opportunity for Seniors.
The REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK) is excited to announce that we will once again be holding our annual essay competition and your senior students are eligible to participate! This year’s prizes are $1,500 for first place and $1,000 for 2nd place.
We request that you help locate students who might be interested in this opportunity. You might consider students whose goals are in the field of architecture, interior design, engineering, real estate, real estate law, graphics, carpentry, or other trades associated with housing or home ownership. Here is a link to the Scholarship Information Packet for you to share with your students.
Who is Eligible:
Any high school senior enrolled as a high school senior in Allen, Barren (& Glasgow or Caverna), Butler, Edmonson, Logan (& Russellville), Muhlenberg, Simpson, & Warren (& Bowling Green) Counties.
Essay Topic:
The Importance of Home Ownership and the Use of a REALTOR®.
Deadline to Submit:
Essay must be turned in to Terry@RaskRealtors.com on or before Wednesday, May 1st.

ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN DUAL CREDIT/ EARLY COLLEGE COURSE WORK:
MCHS juniors and seniors have an opportunity to apply for an additional scholarship through the Martin Foundation. This scholarship is made possible through the Felix E. Martin, Jr. Foundation and is awarded each semester. Students must apply for the scholarship each semester before being considered as a recipient of it. The scholarship is awarded on a merit/need basis and will generally cover a portion of the cost of tuition, books and/or fees.
The deadline to apply is 3:30pm on February 2nd. (This scholarship is for juniors and seniors only.)

Seniors: Please make sure your name is spelled correctly in IC. If you are a Jr, III, have a hyphen or apostrophe, etc., make sure it’s correct. This is how it will appear on your diploma and in the graduation program. Stop by the Guidance office and sign to verify accuracy with Shannon Sumner or during lunch with a counselor no later than Friday, 1/26/24. (nicknames are not allowed)

MCHS students get in free both nights of the Farmers Bank & Trust Tip Off Classic 12/1 & 12/2. Fri. night is against Logan County: 6:00 Girls & 7:30 Boys. Sat- Ohio v/s Hopkinsville. The Muhlenberg Mustang Boys team plays Clarksville Northeast at 7:30.
